At VANLANG IMMIGRATION & TAX LLC, we have a commissioned notary public on staff ready to help you get your business and personal documents notarized quickly and efficiently in our office where your privacy and confidentiality is protected. We provide Jurat & Acknowledgment stamp to do notary on the documents, and also notarize your wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits and more.

• Be prepared to sign your documents with your notary:

• Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services.

• Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.

• Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.

• Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Contact us prior to your visit to determine if it can provide additional signature witnesses.

Basic Notary Services

⦁ $15.00 per signature plus travel fee, if requested

⦁ 5 or more notarizations qualify for 20% volume discount.

All notarization fees are based on the California Government Code §8211.  California notary code allows notaries to charge a maximum cap of $15 per each notarized signature.

VANLANG IMMIGRATION & TAX LLC provides In-Office Live Scan services to the customers. 

Live Scan digitally captures an individual’s fingerprints and transmits them electronically to the State of California Department of Justice (DOJ) and/or the FBI. The fingerprints are cross-referenced to the criminal database to check on an applicant’s background.

We provide Live Scan fingerprinting services for:

⦁ Prospective employees and auxiliary organization prospective employees

⦁ Employees and auxiliary organization employees

⦁ Volunteers and auxiliary organization volunteers

⦁ Students  

Live Scan services are provided at our onsite office in Union City California institutional, academic, commercial, professional, and private purposes.
